Sale Season

I am going to try to remain calm and get through this post. It is an exciting time. It is something I look forward to all year. Summer Sale Season.

Now, take a deep breath with me. Summer sale season can be a trying time on your self control, your sanity, and your bank account. Remember the trends. Remember what is in your closet and what actually looks good on you. You may have to remind yourself that you don’t need another clutch, even if there’s a really cute one on Kate Spade that’s 50% off. I will be reminding myself that, though I may WANT 4 new pairs of sandals, I don’t NEED them (yes, I do). Also, rompers and pantsuits are not my thing, no matter how much they are marked down.

So, I’m going at these sales with a game plan. I’m personally looking for striped shorts and a new maxi dress. Consider forming your own game plan and proceed with caution, readers.
